How is Alpha Physique different from other coaching programs?

Most programs focus on giving you workouts or macros. Our coaching focuses on aligning training, nutrition, and progression so your effort actually produces the physique you want.

Through our Alignment Reset and Intent-Driven Programming systems, every part of your plan has a purpose, and is adjusted based on your progress. That’s why our clients stop guessing and start seeing consistent results.

Do I need to be a competitor or advanced athlete to work with Alpha Physique?

Not at all. Many of our clients are everyday gym-goers who already train consistently but want a stronger, more balanced physique. Our coaching is designed for people who are ready to take their training and nutrition seriously, whether that’s improving body composition, building muscle, or preparing for competition.

How much support do I get from my coach?

You’ll have ongoing access to your coach through the Alpha Physique coaching app, where you can ask questions and receive guidance when needed. You’ll also complete weekly check-ins, where your coach reviews your progress and makes adjustments to keep things moving forward. This ensures you’re never left guessing what to do next.

Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?

No. Instead of rigid meal plans, we create a nutrition structure that supports your goals while fitting your lifestyle. This allows you to stay consistent around work, social events, and weekends without feeling restricted. The goal is to build habits you can maintain long term.

What if I’m busy and don’t have a lot of time?

Most of our clients are balancing work, family, and other commitments. Your training program is designed to fit your schedule, recovery, and lifestyle, so you can stay consistent without your plan taking over your life. Consistency is far more important than perfection.

How long before I start seeing results?

Most clients start noticing improvements in strength, confidence, and body composition within the first few weeks. Visible physique changes typically happen over 12–24 weeks, depending on your starting point and goals. Our focus is building results that last, not quick fixes that disappear.

How do I get started?

he first step is completing a short application. From there we’ll invite you to a strategy call, where we’ll review your goals, training history, and current approach. If it’s a good fit, we’ll show you exactly how our coaching works and the best next step for you.

What if I’ve tried multiple programs before and nothing worked?

This is actually the situation many of our clients come to us in. Most people aren’t failing because they lack effort, they’re failing because the systems they followed were generic or misaligned with their body and goals. At Alpha Physique we start with what we call the Alignment Reset, where we review your training, nutrition, expectations, and progress markers so everything is working toward the same outcome. From there we apply Intent-Driven Programming, meaning every part of your plan has a clear purpose. Once those pieces are aligned, progress becomes far more predictable.

What happens on the strategy call?

The strategy call is simply a conversation to understand your current situation and goals.


On the call we’ll:

• Review your current training and nutrition approach
• Identify what may be preventing progress
• Show you how we would structure a plan moving forward
